Search for Articles

Recommended Journals

The CUD LRC provides online access to over 36,000 electronic journals (e-journals) accessible on and off campus 24/7. Below are the following E-Journals on Human Resource Development and other related topics.

To find e-journals available from CUD LRC, click here --> Journal Search and browse by “Title begins with” or by “ISSN”.

Basic article search strategy

  1. Use key words - start by listing key words for your topic that you'll use to search for sources.
  2. Include related words - as you list  your key words, think of synonyms that you can use to expand or narrow your search.
  3. Know your library - visit the library when you start researching so you know the available resources of the library, library hours and borrowing procedures.
  4. Consult librarians - when you have a research question that you can't answer on your own, turn to the librarians. They are the experts on research methods and their job is to help you find what you need.
