Students taking the course are required to conduct an Interview with a company manager that will feature how they align the staffing system for a key position in their organization based on their organization's business strategy. The project output must:
"Research Interview is one of the methods of collecting primary data which involves the presentation of oral-verbal stimuli and reply in terms of oral-verbal response (Kothari & Garg, 2014, p. 92)."
