Once you have your documents in Mendeley, you can cite and reference them within the Word and OpenOffice. The plug-ins are installed in these word processors. A toolbar will appear which allows you to cite a document and generate a bibliography which saves your time and effort when writing.
It will show the Citation like this. You can generate a bibliography by clicking “Insert Bibliography".
